Jobtailor in Mexico City is seeking a seasoned head of brand to own Clara's brand identity end to end, including visual system, voice and tone, and brand narrative. You will build and lead a brand team of designers, writers, motion, and production talent.

You will recruit exceptional creative professionals and establish scalable, AI-powered workflows, templates, and prompts to accelerate high-quality work. Build processes for briefs, reviews, and approvals and partner across groups.

Formación

• 8+ years in brand, creative, or design leadership.
• Experience building or scaling a brand function at a high-growth company, agency, or in-house creative team.
• Portfolio of end-to-end brand work including identity systems, rebrands, or campaigns shaping perception.
• Proven record of hiring, developing, and leading high-performing creative teams.
• Experience building scalable creative processes.
• Hands-on AI in creative production with shipped workflows.
• Strong craft across visual identity, typography, voice, and motion.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Comfort partnering with Marketing, Product, Sales, People, and leadership.
• Bias toward building and shipping over speccing.
• Preferred fintech / B2B SaaS background.
• Preferred: fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Preferred: experience working with founders or C-level.
• Preferred: startup or small-team experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own Clara's brand identity end to end, including visual system, voice and tone, and brand narrative.
• Build and lead a brand team of designers, writers, motion, and production talent.
• Recruit exceptional creative professionals and create conditions for high-quality work.
• Build AI-powered brand production tooling, workflows, templates, prompt libraries, generative image workflows, copy scaffolding, and automated asset resizing.
• Prototype and validate brand assets and systems rapidly, scaling successful work.
• Establish operating processes for intake, briefs, reviews, and approvals.
• Lead concept development, art direction, and hands-on craft for launches, campaigns, and major events.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Growth, and Sales across customer touchpoints.
• Partner with People and Recruiting on employer branding.
• Establish metrics and feedback loops for awareness, perception, consistency, and business impact.
• Report to the Head of Design and partner with Product, Marketing, and Clara's founders.
