Salesforce Mexico City is seeking a Head of Design (Level 8) to shape macro visual direction and brand narratives for global campaigns. You’ll co-lead MXC design output, partnering with the Creative Director to ensure world-class standards and the thoughtful integration of AI into creative workflows.

You will mentor a design team, drive systemic creative solutions, and collaborate with product teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences, aligning with Salesforce’s core values and global brand

Formación

• 10+ years of elite design leadership in a world-class agency, client-side, or tech company.
• Systems-first creative portfolio across typography, color systems, and brand identity at scale.
• AI-forward conceptual mastery leveraging generative AI for ideation.
• Proven cross-functional alignment in global, matrixed orgs under tight deadlines.
• English fluency with experience writing briefs and presenting to executives.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Creative Director to set high-level visual concepts and narratives for global campaigns.
• Govern the overarching aesthetic direction and brand accuracy across outputs.
• Lead adoption of AI tools to accelerate visual brainstorming and design processes.
• Present and defend complex creative strategies to senior stakeholders with clarity.
