Clara is seeking a design-focused Growth Designer to shape Clara's acquisition engine across Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia. You will craft ad creatives, landing pages, and lifecycle journeys using AI tools as a core workflow component, from prompt to final asset.

You will help define AI-native growth design at scale on a team building proactive, scalable processes across three languages. Hybrid work and data-driven experimentation are core to the role.

Formación

• 2+ years in growth design with measurable impact.
• Strong portfolio showing ad creatives, landing pages, or CRO work.
• Daily use of AI tools and prompt writing ability.
• Expert in Figma with a component/system mindset.
• Conversion-focused mindset and ability to analyze metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Design performance creative at scale for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn using AI and Figma.
• Create landing pages and conversion flows, with CRO best practices.
• Use AI daily to generate variants and draft assets quickly.
• Build scalable creative systems across markets and languages.
• Collaborate with Growth - Paid Media to interpret data and iterate.
