American Eagle in Torreón is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive daily sales goals. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and keep the store neat, clean, and well-presented at all times.

You will report to the Store Management Team, promote AE loyalty programs, process transactions accurately, and support teammates with tasks and customer interactions. This role supports AE and aerie brands in a fast-paced retail setting.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication skills specifically with customers, sales leadership team and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods of time with only short rest breaks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate customer-first selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty through informing customers of AE loyalty programs.
• Use tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support teammates by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer with looks and trends based on their style.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels.
• Process register sales transactions quickly and accurately following cash-control procedures.
• Restock returned merchandise and manage damaged items per procedures.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment to floorsets with SOP compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy with store leadership when needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
