Global Payments is seeking a Tax Invoicing Manager in Mexico City to lead the billing and accounts receivable functions. You will supervise billing analysts, ensure accurate and timely generation of invoices, and maintain compliance with internal controls and local regulations.

The role requires collaborating with Sales, Operations, Technology, Tax, Finance and Customer Support to resolve issues and drive process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or related field.
• Typically a minimum of 6 years of related professional experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day billing process and ensure training for new team members.
• Prepare, record, analyze, and report billing transactions timely.
• Coordinate between Billing, Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve billing issues.
• Develop and implement controls to improve billing accuracy and reduce risk.
• Assist in accounts receivable reconciliation and prepare related analyses.
