Job summary

Traba is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Operations Specialist to manage invoicing, timesheets, and payroll adjustments for business clients. You will work with the operations team to ensure accurate payments and generate custom reports that meet client needs.

The role requires experience with data entry, payroll platforms, and strong analytical skills, along with a proactive, hands-on approach to process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, or workforce management

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement improvements to invoicing and reporting
• Process timesheets to generate accurate invoices for business clients
• Create and maintain custom reports related to invoicing, timesheets, and payroll adjustments
• Collaborate with the operations team to improve administrative workflows
• Address and resolve invoicing and timesheet discrepancies promptly
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and internal controls for invoicing and timesheet processing
• Assist in developing SOPs to streamline payment processes
