Job summary

Traba is seeking an entrepreneurial Business Operations Specialist to keep our daily operations running smoothly while empowering workers and businesses in our marketplace. You will monitor live shifts, coordinate with the Territory Operations Manager, and ensure a positive, trusted experience for workers on the platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success, business support or similar roles at a fast-growth company
• Proven ability to balance multiple critical tasks under pressure
• Ownership mentality and strong work ethic
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude with strong customer empathy for workers
• Customer management skills including problem solving and relationship building
• Grit and willingness to tackle hands-on work
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Attention to detail with swift execution
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong organization, time management and prioritization

Responsibilities

• Monitor Traba's daily operations live and ensure shifts posted on our marketplace are executed flawlessly
• Coordinate with Territory Operations Manager to tailor daily operations to client needs
• Ensure a positive and trusted experience for workers on the platform
• Provide excellent experience for workers before, during, and after shifts
• Resolve worker issues promptly to boost customer satisfaction
• Communicate with and manage workers to meet client requirements
• Ensure accurate clock-in/clock-out for correct payment
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and product
• Support with worker vetting and forward-filling initiatives
• Help build and improve standard operating procedures
• Learn and master multiple internal systems
• Assist workers in using the Traba app and handle sensitive issues
