Job summary

Lloyd's Register is seeking a Senior Administrator to join the Service Delivery Support team in Veracruz. You will manage in-service contract setup, service order processing and closure, ensuring adherence to SLAs and cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Service Delivery and Finance.

The role emphasizes accurate data handling, stakeholder communication, and timely resolution of pre-billing queries, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service and billing accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
• Experience in administration, service delivery, billing, order management or operational support.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience delivering against SLAs, KPIs and deadlines in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to read and interpret commercial contract terms and apply them to billing.

Responsibilities

• Set up, amend and maintain In-Service contracts in ByD.
• Process Credit Notes in accordance with client contracts and requests.
• Process invoicing in accordance with client contracts and country requirements.
• Ensure pre-billing queries are accurately categorised, up to date, monitored and resolved promptly.
• Maintain client requirements accurately and build cross-department relationships.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Service Delivery, In-Service Finance, FSD, Product Pricing and Management.
