Job summary

WWEX Group in Monterrey is seeking a Billing Analyst Specialist to ensure accurate, timely invoicing and compliance with SLAs. You will validate invoices, resolve discrepancies, and maintain audit-ready records while collaborating with Sales, Customer Support, and Finance.

The role requires 1–2 years in billing or accounts receivable, a finance or accounting degree, strong analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required.
• 1–2 years of billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and contractual compliance.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, including rate errors and missing charges.
• Maintain accurate billing records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, and Finance to clarify billing issues and obtain approvals.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and billing adjustments promptly.
• Monitor billing queues to meet SLAs and monthly close deadlines.
• Assist in testing and providing feedback for billing system enhancements.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend workflow improvements.
• Support month-end and year-end billing activities as required.
• Attend monthly business unit meetings to review updates.
