Element Fleet Management is seeking a Billing Analyst to monitor monthly billing, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies. The role supports revenue assurance and reports to Billing/Accounting stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in billing or finance, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and mid-level English proficiency. A hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits accompany this opportunity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in billing, finance, or customer service.
• Basic knowledge of billing tax requirements.
• Intermediate English.
• Experience with process improvement; Excel, Power BI, Power Query.
• Good communication and ability to influence other teams.
• Fast learner.

Responsabilidades

• Monthly billing analysis and identification of errors impacting the client or business.
• Administration and control of manual billing (Leasing, Loan, L6, etc).
• Billing transformation projects.
• Billing metrics management and target achievement.
