A leading technology firm is seeking an Associate Finance Analyst for the Revenue Operations team. This hybrid position involves processing customer requests, reconciling pricing, and collaborating with Sales. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is preferred. Formación

• Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2+ years of work experience preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Process requests from customers and answer billing questions.
• Reconcile pricing in the billing system.
• Perform month-end reconciliation and flux analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales to generate credits and backbills.
• Assist in preparing and sending invoices.
• Address billing disputes.
