The Launch Box, LLC is hiring a Staff Analyst, Finance & Accounting to own the billing and collections cycle across our portfolio, support revenue recognition under US GAAP, and assist broader accounting work as we scale. This hands-on role reports to the finance team and collaborates with account leads, project teams, and portfolio company finance contacts across the U.S.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience managing billings and AR workflows.
• Business-level written and spoken English; authorized to work in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and issue client invoices in line with contracts and SOW terms.
• Confirm billing triggers with account/project teams before invoices go out.
• Maintain billing schedules across portfolio companies and flag discrepancies.
• AR collections and monitor aging to reduce DSOs.
• Support month-end close and revenue recognition under US GAAP (ASC 606).
• Reconcile deferred revenue and assist with ad hoc finance analysis.
