PHINIA Technologies Holdings Mexico S. de R.L de C.V. - (Mexico) seeks an Accounts Receivable specialist to support finance operations, focusing on accuracy of billing, collections, and reporting.

You will leverage Excel, Power BI, and SQL to analyze data and drive improvements. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and fluent English are required. The role offers a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment within a global manufacturing group.

Formación

• Degree programs related to Administration, Computer Science, Finance, and Systems Engineering.
• Experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on Accounts Receivable (desired).
• Working knowledge of Customer Service.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial consolidation reporting systems (desired).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
• Participate in projects and process improvements
• Prepare monthly reconciliations
• Monitor / improve Accounts Receivable Aging
