TTEC in Mexico City is hiring for a Bilingual Service to Sales Representative – Spanish-English. The role is onsite and focuses on upselling and servicing existing customers, with on-the-job training and opportunities for career development.

Compensation includes performance-based bonuses and on-site benefits. Candidates should be fluent in English and Spanish, have call center experience, and be willing to work various shifts.

Qualifications

• 6 months of call center or customer service experience.
• Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Based in Mexico City or surrounding area.
• Open availability to work any shift, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to multitask across several web applications.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Windows.

Responsabilités

• Close sales by applying negotiation skills and handling objections during role plays and customer interactions.
• Effectively handle calls from existing customers while identifying and pursuing all sales opportunities to close.
