Job summary

Intugo Mexico is seeking Bilingual Application Specialists to support a U.S.-based Social Security Disability advocacy firm. You will guide clients through the disability application process, complete online forms accurately, and gather medical information with compassion.

This role requires advanced English, call center experience, and excellent written and spoken communication. You will work Monday–Friday, with training provided and competitive Mexican benefits.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Strong customer service skills with empathy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, internet navigation, and common computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the Social Security Disability application process.
• Complete online applications accurately and efficiently.
• Ask detailed questions to gather personal and medical information required for disability benefits.
• Use multiple internal systems and web-based platforms to process applications.
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism during every interaction.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
