Arrive Logistics is seeking a Risk Coordinator to vet motor carriers and safeguard high-value, ID-theft loads. You will resolve load-level tickets promptly and maintain accurate data in our TMS to support our sales teams and the compliance program.

• Must have a high school diploma; a BA/BS is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Independent, self-starter with strong follow-through.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication via phone and email.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google apps.

Responsabilidades

• Carefully review and approve motor carriers for ID Theft and High Value High Risk loads.
• Resolve load-level tickets promptly to keep operations smooth.
• Update and maintain the TMS with carrier audits.
• Investigate critical reports and alerts; escalate findings.
• Apply knowledge of compliance regulations in daily duties.
• Communicate effectively with carriers, reps and management.
