Arrive Logistics is seeking a detail‑oriented Risk Coordinator to vet carriers, resolve load tickets, and maintain data integrity in our TMS. You will monitor alerts, apply compliance standards, and communicate findings effectively to the Risk Team and sales support.

The role emphasizes independent work in a fast‑paced environment, bilingual English/Spanish skills, and a strong customer service mindset. Guadalajara office location with casual culture and growth opportunities.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or better.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong logical reasoning and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills via phone and email.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Carrier Vetting: review and approve motor carriers meeting standards.
• Ticket Resolution: resolve load-level tickets promptly.
• Data Integrity: update and maintain TMS with carrier audit info.
• Alert Monitoring: investigate critical reports and escalate findings.
• Compliance Knowledge/Experience: apply regulatory requirements appropriately.
• Communication: provide clear feedback to carriers and management.

Who We Want

We're looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Risk Coordinator to join our team. In this vital support role, you'll be on the front lines, carefully vetting motor carriers to ensure they meet our rigorous standards, directly safeguarding our customers' freight. You'll work diligently to quickly resolve load and carrier matches for high value high risk and ID theft loads, providing essential capacity to our sales teams. Your accurate and timely work directly contributes to the robust compliance framework and informs the broader risk mitigation strategies.

What You'll Do

• Carrier Vetting: Carefully review and approve motor carriers related to ID Theft and High Value High Risk loads to ensure they meet our high standards, protecting shipments from fraud and theft.
• Ticket Resolution: Resolve load-level tickets for ID Theft and High Value High Risk loads promptly to maintain smooth operations.
• Data Integrity: Accurately update and maintain our TMS with detailed information from carrier audits.
• Alert Monitoring: Investigate and analyze critical reports and alerts, escalating significant findings to the Risk Team.
• Compliance Knowledge/Experience: Demonstrated understanding of compliance regulations and experience in applying them.
• Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with representatives and management, providing constructive feedback on carrier performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• A self-starter with a proven ability to work independently.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment!
• Strong logical reasoning skills, detail-oriented, with strong follow-through!
• Excellent customer service and communication skills via phone and email.
• A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
