Arrive Logistics is seeking a detail‑oriented Risk Coordinator to vet carriers, resolve load tickets, and maintain data integrity in our TMS. You will monitor alerts, apply compliance standards, and communicate findings effectively to the Risk Team and sales support.

The role emphasizes independent work in a fast‑paced environment, bilingual English/Spanish skills, and a strong customer service mindset. Guadalajara office location with casual culture and growth opportunities.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or better.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong logical reasoning and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills via phone and email.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Carrier Vetting: review and approve motor carriers meeting standards.
• Ticket Resolution: resolve load-level tickets promptly.
• Data Integrity: update and maintain TMS with carrier audit info.
• Alert Monitoring: investigate critical reports and escalate findings.
• Compliance Knowledge/Experience: apply regulatory requirements appropriately.
• Communication: provide clear feedback to carriers and management.
