Job summary

ES management in Mexico is seeking a skilled Recruiter to identify and hire candidates for current and prospective openings across multiple branch locations. You will lead full-cycle recruiting, develop and implement employment marketing strategies, and partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs.

You must be bilingual in Spanish and English, have strong sourcing and relationship-building abilities, and work independently to meet staffing goals in a multi-site organization.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Proven candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Identify and hire candidates for current openings within a branch location.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
• Partner with Corporate to forecast and develop plans for key staffing.
• Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
• Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies.
• Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are understood and candidates are assessed appropriately.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR.
• Track and report key staffing metrics and timelines.
• Engage in cross-functional staffing-related projects.
• Develop and execute search strategies including vendor selection and career opportunities.
