Daikin welcomes customers and suppliers to its facilities in Tijuana with warm, professional, and efficient service in English and Spanish. You will answer calls, greet visitors, and support the Sales and Marketing department with administrative tasks.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, strong English/S panish skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will help manage visitor logs, arrange travel, and prepare meeting rooms for arrivals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Languages, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written skills in English and Spanish are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related software.

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls in English and Spanish and route them to the appropriate department.
• Greet clients and suppliers, directing them to the proper department and maintaining visitor logs.
• Provide basic administrative support to the Sales and Marketing department and assist with meetings.
