Hyatt Place Tijuana is seeking a Guest Services Attendant to deliver an excellent, consistent level of service to guests and to support the Reception in the Spa of Rooms Division. The ideal candidate will hold a hospitality or tourism management degree and have at least 2 years of hotel operations experience, with strong customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills.

This role focuses on guest satisfaction, smooth front-desk operations, and collaboration with spa and rooms divisions

Formación

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
