Job summary

Landing in Mexico City is seeking an Enterprise Account Coordinator for our Autopilot team. You will own property readiness from contract signing through move-in, coordinating with property partners and internal teams to ensure homes are clean, photographed, and live on the platform.

This role requires English fluency, on-site work in Polanco, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset. You’ll build strong relationships with property managers and Area General Managers to deliver high‑quality

Qualifications

English proficiency: Fluent (B2-C1).
On-site work in Mexico City (Polanco office).
PM mindset with strong attention to detail.
Independent, proactive, and able to drive results.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee all Autopilot process steps from start to finish.
Collaborate with property managers and owners to gather required information for listing.
Work with Legal to secure STR permits as needed.
Coordinate key pickup and unit installations with Area General Managers.
Ensure all properties and units are accurately entered in the systems.
Maintain a strong relationship with properties to enable smooth handover to GM after installation.
