Job summary

Landing is seeking a Remote Operations Coordinator based on site in Mexico City to own market success from move-in to a member's next stay. You will ensure unit readiness, manage escalations, and collaborate with hosts, partners, and the Field Operations team to deliver smooth experiences for members and guests.

The role reports to a Hub Head and runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time. English proficiency (B2-C1) is required, and you will work from our Polanco office with a strong

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve support tickets and maintenance requests promptly.
• Monitor and improve KPIs including NPS, CSAT, and check-in scores.

As a Remote Operations Coordinator, you'll take full ownership of your assigned market — ensuring every member's journey is seamless from move-in through their next stay. You'll oversee property readiness, manage escalations, and work proactively to deliver a world-class experience that exceeds expectations.

About The Team

Our Field Operations team is at the heart of delivering outstanding service and ensuring every member feels at home. Collaborating with hosts and our Member Support Team, we work behind the scenes and on the frontlines to provide seamless operations and unmatched satisfaction for our members and guests.

This position reports to a Hub Head and works closely with our Member Support Manager. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (local time of assigned market).

What You'll Do

• Own market success by ensuring all units meet move-in standards before a member's arrival
• Lead the resolution of customer escalations with professionalism, creativity, and a commitment to exceptional service
• Maintain key relationships with property partners, hosts, and back-ops teams to ensure seamless operations
• Manage and resolve support tickets and maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics including NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and check-in scores

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $19,000 MXN gross per month + performance-based bonus
• Grocery vouchers: $1,500 MXN net per month
• Vacation: 12 days per year (available after 90 days of employment)
• Paid time off (PTO): 40 hours per year (available after 30 days of employment)
• Christmas Bonus: 30 days
• Vacation Bonus: 75% of base salary

• Parking: On-site parking for bikes, motorcycles, and cars
• Travel benefit: $750 USD annually in Landing Stays
