Lyra Health seeks a bilingual Emotional Consultant to join our Mexico City clinical operations team. You will be the primary contact for employees of corporate clients facing acute mental health challenges, delivering crisis containment, brief evidence‑based interventions, and case management in English and Spanish.

You will operate in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment, maintaining strict privacy and accuracy while collaborating with a multinational client base to provide timely mental

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with valid Professional License (Cédula Profesional); Master’s preferred.
• At least 3 years of direct clinical practice with CBT.
• Advanced English (C1/C2) with ability to write technical reports in English.
• Experience with Salesforce, Google Suite, and telehealth platforms.
• Thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments and meet 24-hour Critical Incident SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for employees of corporate clients facing acute mental health challenges.
• Provide crisis containment, brief evidence-based interventions, and case management.
• Deliver services in both English and Spanish.
