Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related fields.
• Additional training in organizational well-being, project management, or workplace mental health programs is a plus.
• English at B2–C1 level is essential for communication with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate wellness activities, talks, and programs for international accounts.
• Manage relationships with speakers and instructors and ensure translations are accurate.
