Zebra Technologies seeks a bilingual Accounting Supervisor for LATAM to lead a regional team and ensure accurate financial operations across Latin America. You will drive monthly US GAAP closings, oversee reconciliations, and collaborate with multiple departments to maintain regulatory compliance and data integrity.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• 5+ years of accounting experience (GL, audits, ledgers).
• 2–3 years leading or supervising teams.
• Solid US GAAP knowledge and local LATAM accounting standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor accounting specialists across Latin America.
• Manage monthly US GAAP closing and financial reporting quality.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate with AR, AP, Payroll, and Treasury for seamless operations.
• Manage statutory filings ( VAT, annual accounts) and liaise with auditors.
• Act as escalation point for junior staff and support onboarding.
• Identify process improvements for LATAM and align with global initatives.
