Bluetab, an IBM Company (América) seeks a seasoned Bilingual IT Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and control high-impact technology initiatives across borders. You will define scope, schedules, budgets, and risk strategies, while leading diverse teams and communicating with executives.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and proven expertise in PMI/PMBOK, PRINCE2, and Agile/Scrum frameworks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish required for meetings, reports, and executive communication.
• 4–6+ years of end-to-end tech project management experience.
• Strong command of PMI/PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum/Kanban practices.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and risk strategies for end-to-end delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, architects, and infra specialists.
• Maintain clear stakeholder communication and executive status reports.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies to hit milestones.
• Apply appropriate governance and methodologies (Agile/Scrum, PMI/PMBOK, PRINCE2).
• Track KPIs and maintain project documentation for technical and business audiences.
