Bluehill Devs seeks a dedicated IT Project Manager with expertise in infrastructure and PMO methodology to drive IT infrastructure initiatives from initiation to closure. You will lead planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

The role emphasizes PMO adherence, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and coordination of internal resources and vendors to achieve project success and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in IT project management, specifically in infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of PMO methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Implement and adhere to PMO best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with the PMO team to ensure alignment with company-wide project management standards.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and the PMO team.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and report on the progress of risk mitigation actions.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
