Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group in Mexico is seeking an IT Support Technician to install, maintain, and repair computer, mobile, and network systems. Under general supervision, you will provide Level I and some Level II support to end users in office, field, or remotely.

The role requires fluent Spanish and English, 3–5 years of IT experience, and knowledge of Windows, hardware, and software. You will document incidents, train users, and assist with inventory, deployments, and basic project

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level I and some Level II technical support to end users for hardware and software.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, workstations, and mobile devices using established procedures.
• Diagnose and resolve routine end-user issues, documenting steps and escalating when needed.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, email, or in person.
• Provide end-user training on applications and equipment and assist with inventory and documentation.
