MissionHires is seeking a Helpdesk - Technical Support Analyst L1/L2 to provide comprehensive support for customers and internal users. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills with PCs (HP hardware), knowledge of operating systems, and a customer-centric approach.

This role involves configuring and maintaining equipment, managing IT assets, and documenting work in a ticketing system. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required for effective communication in this position.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-year certificate from college/technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Broad experience supporting PCs (HP hardware), operating systems, and common software.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer and internal user requests via phone, email, and electronic channels.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents using established procedures.
• Set up, configure, and maintain laptops and equipment for new hires.
