MissionHires is hiring a Bi-Lingual Technical Support Representative I/II in Mexico. You'll provide L1/L2 help desk support, responding to inquiries via phone and email. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 issues, document case information, and assist in client onboarding.

Formación

• Must be bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
• One year of related experience or equivalent combination of education.
• Experience with user lifecycle tasks and remote troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and electronic channels.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Perform account provisioning and remote troubleshooting.
