Job summary

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, 3–5 years in quality assurance or a leadership-capable team, and experience in a high-volume environment. High school diploma, with a bachelor's preferred, and availability to work 5 days.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in QA or related field preferred.
• Experience in a team lead or leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides procedures/process oversight and quality program support.
• Troubleshoots quality concerns and recommends action items to reduce risk.
• Verifies compliance with underwriting, financial controls, and company policy.
• Translates data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Maintains and audits quality data within the QA database.
• Mentors new team members and supports team leadership.
