Solvo Global Careers is seeking an intake specialist to join our intake team for a law firm. You will handle high-volume intake calls, gather information, and close deals to bring new clients, using empathetic support and strong communication.

This role requires 40 hours per week with a rotative schedule and availability from 11:00 am to 22:00 pm ET. A minimum of one year of relevant experience and excellent phone presence are expected.

Formación

• Customer service or call center background required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent phone and communication skills; empathetic approach.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a quick, yet effective manner.
• Respond to potential new clients via phone, email, chat, and/or SMS.
• Identify and assess callers' needs by actively listening and asking questions.
• Obtain and document detailed notes of information from potential clients.
• Meet or exceed daily productivity quotas as set by management.
• Follow a call flow to capture all necessary information.
• Send documents via electronic signature to convert prospects into clients.
