The Komax group is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our El Marques location in Querétaro. You will prepare detailed equipment and spare parts quotes, enter orders, and support cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.

Ideal candidates will be bilingual (English and Spanish), have an Associate degree or equivalent, and 3+ years in inside sales or customer service. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP or Salesforce are a plus.

Competenze

• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) required.
• Minimum three years of inside sales or customer service experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong Excel skills.
• SAP and Salesforce experience a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide customers with quotations and quote follow-up on a weekly basis.
• Enter customer orders into the system and follow through to order fulfillment.
• Sort customer invoices, backorders, and enter machines into the customer database.
• Reconcile customer purchase orders to sales orders/invoices.
• Assist customers with general product information (part numbers, availability, order status).
• Interface with all departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Identify correct equipment applications for customers.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reports as assigned.
• Provide back-up phone coverage for the operator.
