Weatherford is seeking a bilingual Regional HR Compliance & Employee Relations Specialist to join our team in Villahermosa, Mexico. This role supports workplace investigations, employment law compliance, ethics programs, and risk mitigation across the Western Hemisphere.

You will partner with HR leaders to provide guidance on policies, analyze trends, and deliver training across multiple countries, ensuring a positive employee experience while protecting the organization from HR-related risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years in HR, Employee Relations, Compliance, or related area.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and data analysis.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred).

Responsabilités

• Support workplace investigations and HR compliance initiatives.
• Provide guidance on HR policies across multiple jurisdictions.
• Analyze investigations, trends, and compliance metrics.
• Deliver training on local and federal employment laws across the region.
• Assist internal HR audits and maintain confidential employee records.
• Partner with HR leaders to mitigate employment-related risk.
