Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo, México, is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support administration and logistics of training programs. The role focuses on inductions, training coordination, and maintaining learning records to enhance employee development and engagement.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English with a hospitality or business-related degree, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Property Management, or related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead induction and onboarding processes for Tamarindo teams.
• Coordinate food hygiene training programs.
• Schedule and coordinate ethics and safety courses.
• Maintain the internal learning matrix and calendars.
• Support training events logistics including room setup and materials.
• Promote learning communications across teams.
• Welcome and assist employees with inquiries and requests.
