Resolv Global is hiring Customer Service Representatives to work from home in Mexico for a growing healthcare-related program. You will handle inbound calls, assist health plan members, and deliver a professional, empathetic customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 months inbound contact center experience or healthcare experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Accurate data-entry and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
