Job summary

Resolv Global is hiring a bilingual Customer Service Representative to work remotely from Mexico on a healthcare support program. You will handle inbound calls, assist health plan members with transportation services, and ensure HIPAA/PHI compliance while delivering professional service.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months in a contact center or healthcare setting, strong communication and data-entry skills, and the ability to work independently with reliability during scheduled hours.

Qualifications

• Inbound contact center experience or transferable healthcare experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data-entry with attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced call environment.
• Professional and courteous communication.
• Able to work independently and manage competing demands.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Word.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be on camera during training and required meetings.
• Must meet attendance and punctuality expectations.
• Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace during scheduled working hours.
• Must provide their own equipment to perform the job.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from health plan members and representatives.
