Smiths Group in Mexico is seeking a Customer Service Representative to initiate, coordinate and maintain a flow of materials and information to accounts to ensure the highest levels of customer service.

Responsibilities include expediting WIP, reviewing orders for pricing/specs/status/shipping, coordinating branch orders, updating demand changes, and maximizing delivery date integrity. The role requires bilingual English–Spanish, ERP experience and strong planning skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, business administration or foreign trade.
• ERP system experience is required.
• Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to read blue prints and identify product lines.
• Bilingual English – Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate customer needs across the organization to ensure satisfaction.
• Expedite and procure work in progress to satisfy customer demand.
• Review orders for pricing, specs, status, shipping and availability; enter orders.
• Coordinate branch orders for specs, availability, shipping and entry.
• Update supply functions with demand changes and new promises.
• Maximize delivery date integrity on all orders through scheduling.
• Generate quotes for intercompany and external customers.
• Instruct, assist and train others as necessary.
• Liaise with Quality on RMA and AQRs.
• Maintain contracts for Customer Service accounts.
• Communicate urgent matters to planning, expedite and ship orders as needed.
• Use Pricing Tool (LPG) for pricing assemblies and components.
• Process all customer invoices and assist finance with collections.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Conocimientos

Bilingual English – Spanish

Strong verbal, written, problem Soling

Experience in planning, materials and:

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field, Business Administration, Foreign Trade

Herramientas

ERP system experience

Microsoft Office
