Job summary

Verato is seeking an Associate Support Analyst based in Mérida, México to join our Support Team. You will provide technical support, data analysis, and issue resolution while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure customer success.

You will troubleshoot issues, analyze data for trends, build knowledge base content, and participate in on-call rotations. This role requires strong communication and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Analytics, or IS.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tickets, calls, and incidents with timely resolution.
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, Engineering, and Sales.
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base.
• Participate in on-call rotations for high-severity incidents.
• Identify opportunities for upsell with CSM/Sales.
