A.P. Moller - Maersk is seeking a Call Center Representative to deliver world-class service through inbound and outbound calls, handling last-mile delivery issues and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced Global Service Centre.

The role requires 2+ years in a contact center, English C1, and proficiency with MS Office. You will collaborate across teams, manage multiple tasks, and support customers through delivery milestones.

Formación

• 2+ years of contact center experience.
• Experience in retail is a plus.
• English level C1 is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Provide world-class customer experience via inbound and outbound calls.
• Resolve last mile delivery logistics problems and assure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate communication between customers, delivery teams, stores and/or warehouses.
• Meet customer service KPIs targets.
• Comply with additional activities such as Proof of Delivery Tracking, chat, email or case assignment.
• Demonstrate loyalty to Maersk Group Core Values and Character.
