Maersk in Mexico City seeks a Call Center Representative to deliver world-class service via inbound and outbound calls, owning the resolution of last-mile delivery issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with delivery teams, stores and warehouses, handle chat, email or case assignments, and consistently demonstrate Maersk Core Values with strong verbal and written communication.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of contact center experience.
• Customer service and/or direct call handling experience.
• Last-mile logistics knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide world-class customer experience via inbound and outbound calls.
• Coordinate communication between customers, delivery teams, stores and/or warehouses.
• Comply with additional activities assigned such as Proof of Delivery Tracking, chat, email or case assignment.
• Demonstrate loyalty to Maersk Group Core Values and Character.
