Resolv Global is hiring a bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative to support health plan members from home in Mexico. The role focuses on inbound calls, empathetic assistance, and delivering accurate information about transportation services and member programs.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Spanish, detail-oriented, able to work remotely with a quiet workspace, and comfortable on camera during training and meetings.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months of inbound contact center experience or transferable healthcare experience
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced call environment
• Must maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace and have own equipment
• Must be on camera during training and required meetings

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls from health plan members and representatives
• Provide accurate information about transportation services
• Escalate transportation or customer service concerns to leadership
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information and data
• Meet established performance and quality expectations
• Complete all required compliance and training courses
• Participate on camera during required training and meetings
