Requirements

• Successfully pass an initial interview and language requirements (B2 or above English proficiency level)
• Hold a Mexican Identification and a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Must successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test and background check.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably within a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Handle inbound calls with professionalism and empathy. Assist customers with inquiries ranging from product information to billing and returns.
• Product Knowledge: Develop an in‑depth understanding of The Home Depot’s offerings to provide helpful recommendations.
• Communication: Deliver clear and effective communication, answering questions and guiding customers with ease.

Connectivity Requirements. We want to ensure you’re set up for success as you work remotely.

• A reliable and high‑performance internet connection is key to delivering the best service to our customers.
• For optimal performance, we require:
  • Download speeds of 30 Mbps or higher.
  • Upload speeds of 10 Mbps or higher.
  • Latency of less than 150ms loaded.
• To maintain a stable connection, we recommend a CAT5e patch cord from your network interface card to your ISP’s router (Wi‑Fi connections are not permitted).
