Scalepex in Querétaro, on-site in Arboledas, is hiring full-time, long-term Bilingual Call Center Agents to support U.S.-based clients across several business areas. You will be assigned to the area where you can perform best and grow.

As a bilingual agent, you will handle inbound/outbound calls, provide customer service, scheduling, or sales support, follow scripts, document interactions, and meet performance goals.

• Gas & Electricity services
• Medical diagnostic clinics (appointment scheduling)
• Sales Campaigns

Based on your experience, communication style, and strengths, you will be assigned to the business area where you can perform best and grow faster.

Requirements
