Job summary

AMETEK, a global industrial technology leader, seeks a Customer Service Representative in Reynosa, Mexico. You will manage key customers, handle quotes, review purchase orders, enter data, and support internal and external customers across multiple portals.

You will collaborate with Engineering, QA, Operations and Finance to resolve issues, ensure accuracy, and drive customer satisfaction while maintaining documentation and playbooks for key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar customer service role.
• Bilingual Spanish–English; solid command of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with Customer Personnel via e-mail and telephone.
• Interacts daily with internal departments including Engineering, QA, Operations, Finance, and Business Development.
• Creates and provides quotes, reviews purchase orders, performs order entry and maintenance, and manages customer portals.
