Concentrix is seeking a Specialist, Customer Acquisition - Bilingual in Mexico City. The role focuses on selling renewals and services within a dedicated client territory, with outbound contacts and a quota-driven environment.

You will forecast, maintain product knowledge, and drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales, English at least B2 level, and experience with high-volume outreach and Salesforce or similar CRM.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a sales role.
• English proficiency at least B2.
• Track record of meeting personal and team sales quotas.
• Experience with high-volume calling.
• Customer-facing experience.
• Ability to learn new technology and data.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Willingness to commute to Mexico City (Poliforum).

Responsabilidades

• Sell renewals/services within a dedicated territory to achieve revenue quota, with upsell opportunities.
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and technical understanding to assess client requirements.
• Address customer concerns and roadblocks to satisfaction or product usage.
• Manage competitive pressures and objections to retain or win customers.
• Handle a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily.
• Collaborate with team and management for a professional customer experience.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and completeness.
• Lead motions may include qualification, conversion, health checks, or renewals.
