• English proficiency (verbal and written) required for internal and external interactions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping to ensure efficient workflow.
• Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and warehouse staff, promoting a strong performance culture.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper controls and cycle count procedures.
• Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse layout, processes, and material flow to enhance safety, productivity, and operational efficiency.
