Higher Options is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) CPA with strong bookkeeping fundamentals to manage the financial backbone of a U.S.-based real estate group. The role covers real estate brokerage, investments, and development entities with full-charge bookkeeping and intercompany eliminations.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed CPA with 5+ years of experience, proficient in QuickBooks Online and Excel, and able to provide detailed financial reporting and variance analysis for

Qualifikationen

• Licensed CPA with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in U.S. GAAP and multi-entity accounting.
• Fluent in Spanish and English at C1 level.

• Handle full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple entities (real estate brokerages, investments, LLCs).
• Maintain GAAP-compliant accounting, project-level financials and consolidated reporting.
• Manage monthly/year-end closings, journal entries, reconciliations.
