Regis Remote Office is seeking a Lead Corporate Accountant to manage the financial operations of multiple entities and real estate holdings, reporting directly to the Owner/CEO.

This senior, hands-on role requires autonomy, integrity, and strong expertise in QuickBooks Online/Desktop and DoorLoop, with prior healthcare industry bookkeeping experience.

You will collaborate with CPAs, banks, and vendors to provide clear financial visibility for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Senior-level bookkeeping with multi-entity oversight.
• Expertise in QuickBooks Online/Desktop and DoorLoop.
• Experience with healthcare businesses or medical practices preferred.
• Dealings with CPAs, banks, and vendors; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and multi-entity ledgers.
• Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany accounts, and vendor ledgers.
• Oversee AP/AR and cash-flow forecasting.
• Coordinate with CPAs, payroll, banks, and external advisors.
